You will receive a meal pattern recommendation with suggested timing and specific foods as well as alternative foods that can be swapped for each other so that the plan is flexible and sustainable. An Initial Assessment is required before a custom meal pattern can be created so that the recommendations are appropriate for your health goals and are actually foods you will eat. This also includes a 25-minute phone session to ensure the pattern and plan works for you.
